Data Transfer Safeguards
Effective Date: March 6, 2026
1. Overview
OneOh Cloud LLC is based in the United States. When crash log data from EEA or UK residents is transferred to the United States, we are required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data.
We only collect crash-related diagnostic data — such as device model, OS version, application version, and anonymized stack traces. No identity, network traffic, or VPN usage data is collected.
2. Transfer Mechanisms We Rely On
Where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK to the United States, we rely on the following legally approved mechanisms:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
We rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission under Decision 2021/914 for transfers from the EEA to third countries. These clauses impose binding data protection obligations on both parties and ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA)
For transfers from the United Kingdom, we rely on the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which provides equivalent protections to the EU SCCs under UK GDPR.
Other Legally Approved Mechanisms
Where applicable, we may also rely on other transfer mechanisms recognized as providing adequate protection under applicable law, including adequacy decisions issued by the European Commission or UK authorities.
3. Third-Party Sub-Processors
We may use third-party crash reporting services (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics) to process crash log data on our behalf. These processors are contractually bound to comply with applicable data protection laws and to implement appropriate safeguards for any international data transfers.
- All sub-processors are required to enter into data processing agreements with us.
- Sub-processors receiving EEA/UK data are required to comply with GDPR-equivalent obligations.
- We will update our Privacy Policy if specific sub-processors are engaged.
4. Your Rights
As an EEA or UK resident, you have the right to request a copy of the applicable transfer safeguards we use. To exercise this right, please contact us at:
